We have both powered and dry camping options for you! Powered sites will be awarded on a first come/first served basis. Once powered sites are filled you will be moved to a dry site and the difference in cost will be refunded.

Please note, one RV OR one sleeping tent OR one sleeping vehicle per site.

Refunds (less a $30 service fee) will only be granted prior to May 20. After May 20, a refund is only available if your spot can be sold.

I understand only quiet (under 66 decibels) generators NO CONSTRUCTION SITE LIKE GENERATORS are permitted. I understand quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. Generators shall not be run during quiet hours. I understand one RV OR one sleeping tent or sleeping vehicle per site. Failure to comply will any of these rules mean that you are required to park your vehicles overnight elsewhere – no refund will be given.

By entering this event, you, as the entrant, acknowledge that you are authorized to act on behalf of both yourself and any other UK Agility International (UKI) members who will participate under your entry.

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability

By entering this event, the handler/owner certifies that any and all dogs brought to the event, whether participating or not, do not pose a hazard to persons, dogs, or property. As the owner of any dog entered in this event, its duly authorized agent or handler of any dog (collectively, the “Handler”), and in consideration of participation in this event, the Handler agree(s) to adhere to UK Agility International rules and regulations and any additional rules and regulations that may be set forth herein (the “Rules”). By entering this event, Handler hereby agrees to indemnify and hold UK Agility International and UK Agility, Ltd., (collectively, “UKI”), their agents, officers, directors and employees, event hosts, trial secretary, judges and their assistants, harmless from and against any and all losses and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) that may be imposed upon it or them, resulting from Handler’s participation in this event, including but not limited to any claims or demands for loss or injury alleged to have been caused to any equipment or any dog or person while in attendance at this event, and to accept full responsibility therefor.

2. Hazards & Safety

The exhibitor/owner acknowledges all potential hazards associated with the training facility, event, and premises, including but not limited to: The condition of the grounds; Lighting and security measures (or lack thereof); Electrical appliances and fittings; Parking areas and fencing; The potential for a dog to escape from the training or competition area; The presence of unfamiliar animals and people; The presence of other dogs; Agility equipment; Course design and course set up; The possibility of another ill animal or your own getting ill. The exhibitor and owner assume the risk of any harm arising from any and all of these including allowing their dogs to run wearing collars, stop pad protectors, bitch in season pants, or any similar items. By entering, you voluntarily assume any and all risks associated with these hazards and any other potential hazards not listed. All participants must exercise caution, monitor their dogs, and clean up after themselves and their animals.

3. Conduct & Enforcement

UK Agility International reserves the right to: 1. Excuse any participant for what it deems excessive harshness toward a dog and for behavior considered aggressive or abusive toward another person or dog. 2. Revoke, suspend, or ban any entry or membership at its sole discretion if deemed necessary to protect the interests of UK Agility and any of its associates, agents, officers, or members. Participation in UKI events, including membership, is a privilege, not a right. UK Agility International has full authority to impose suspensions or bans without prior notice.

4. Rules & Regulations

By entering, you agree to comply with all UK Agility International Rules & Regulations, including any amendments. Additionally, you confirm that: 1. You will not bring any dog that has been knowingly exposed to an infectious or contagious disease within 21 days prior to the event. 2. To the best of your knowledge, your dog is not subject to disqualification under UK Agility International Show Regulations. 3. • Handler accepts full responsibility for the safety of both Handler and Handler’s dog(s).

5. Payment of Entry Fees

Payment of online entry fees are to be made directly to Spitfire Dog Sports. Payment is due at time of entry. All withdrawals/refunds are subject to a $30 administration fee regardless of reason. PLEASE BE AWARE If you have not withdrawn your entry before the closing date, you are still responsible to pay the entry fee and may not be eligible for a refund.
